About the founder

Lionel Croes – Owner/ Broker

Lionel started at a young age in the Real Estate industry. He is known for his charismatic attitude and as a positive influencer in his family and to his clients. He developed excellent communication skills through his career working in different sales positions. Sales has always been his strongest ability and part of his daily activities managing different positions and businesses. Lionel has therefore over 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing which provided him with an outstanding skillset to listen to his clients and to serve them based upon their needs and desires. Lionel has a strong passion for sales, he’s striving consistently to deliver successful results to his clients.
